Looking back at the discussion of how a supply-push type of strategy has the potential of making more revenue than a demand-pull type, it can be easily inferred how obvious the potential of using these programs is as a part of your business’ marketing strategy. There are an almost unlimited number of ways on how a business may prosper from using the internet as a means of marketing itself. The most common one is the use of “hit” marketing strategies. A link in this website would be present in other website as well which leads to the increase of making more people aware of the business which then leads to an increase in the number of potential customers. However, the number of “hits” that your website gets does not necessarily mean the success of your internet marketing program. Most people, although not all people, were only able to hit the link to your business’ site due to an accident and therefore, are unintentional so those people might just as well leave the page even before it fully loads.

Using the most common of internet marketing strategy is not always the best way for getting the best type of internet marketing program for your business.
